When Every Hospital Gives a Different Diagnosis, What Should You Believe?
When you receive different diagnoses at several hospitals, it's confusing to know what to believe.
Each clinical department usually looks at the body through the window of its own field. So when diagnoses differ, it doesn't necessarily mean one of them is wrong — it may simply be that they are looking from a different angle.
In these situations, I lay out all of your previous test results side by side in chronological order, and I look at whether the different diagnoses might actually be describing different cross-sections of the same underlying flow. Rather than choosing one of them, drawing a picture that connects the whole comes first.
If it has left you confused, bring the records you have. We'll start by organizing them together.
